Young people have such a great desire to make a difference to the world but:

  • young people often lack confidence
  • are easily dismissed
  • many lack financial backing to gain the required training or start a new venture
  • do not have access to the circles of influence that would open doors for them to gain skills and connections
  • young entrepreneurs often have no access to entrepreneurial mentors to encourage and show them how to succeed

Finding committed individuals

Everyone can lead but leadership is not for everyone. Commitment to leadership requires dedication and self-sacrifice and it can be a challenge to find committed individuals open to learning and willing to stay the course.

Mentees are often enthusiastic at first, focussing on the end result rather than the work involved. When the commitment required to succeed becomes apparent, they can often fall away quickly

Entry Requirements
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Candidates must have a venture or enterprise they are currently working on or wanting to develop
  • Candidates must be courageous and commited
Candidates will pass an interview for entry into the programme to receive:
  • 1-2-1 Mentoring
  • Skills Training
  • Leadership Masterclasses
